What changed this pass: the top KPI row is now 3 cards, as requested β€” My GP Today (individual, against the $600 target β€” each Sales Team member sees their own progress, not the store's), πŸ”₯ Hot Offers This Month (posted by Commission Team or Admin from a new panel at the bottom of the Commission tab, shown to everyone), and Low Stock Alerts (unchanged). Dropped the old "Sales Today" and "Team GP This Month" cards to make room. Also this pass: role names updated β€” Sales Staff β†’ Sales Team, Admin Team β†’ Follow Up Team. The login screen got a redesign β€” a hero header with the brand mark, each role now an icon card with a one-line description. And stock is now per-store β€” every item tracks separate quantities for Underwood and Sunnybank Hills, with a Transfer Stock panel (Commission Team / Admin only) to move stock between them. This file still has no backend and no persistence β€” it's purely to align the team on behaviour before the real build.
